Payment and price

The summary before payment shows the stay total, cleaning, tourist tax and any discounts. Arrange your arrival time with Giorgio; the cancellation deadline is always calculated at 16:00 Rome time.

The full amount is charged at booking through Stripe. Payment is not deferred. Stripe handles your card details.

Simple cancellation policy

Full refund if you cancel by 16:00 Rome time on the day 14 calendar days before your arrival date.

After this deadline, accommodation and cleaning are non-refundable, including no-shows and early departures.

If the property cancels your booking, you receive a full refund.

Any tourist tax that is not due will be refunded. Your mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected.

These terms apply to new direct bookings that accept them. Earlier bookings and bookings made through other platforms retain the terms accepted when booked.

How to cancel

To cancel, email viaaurora3900187@gmail.com with your booking reference. The deadline is based on when we receive your request, not when we reply.

Refunds due are issued through Stripe to the original payment method. Your bank will generally credit the funds within 5–10 business days after the refund is initiated.
